RPM Technologies offers you a wide range of custom made products for the Paper Machine.
RPM Technologies was formed in 2003 to supply UHMWPE and ceramic wear surfaces along with drainage equipment for the paper industry. The founding three principals have over 75 combined years of service to the paper industry. Their areas of expertise and skills include manufacturing, customer service, product and manufacturing engineering, product application, machine evaluation and service. We offer superior products and services at a fair price to the paper industry.
We manufacture all the UHMPWE products and other machined parts at out facility in Ludlow, MA. We have made substantial investments in proprietary equipment for the maching of the UHMWPE blades and covers. Current manufacturing capabilites include foil blades, forming boards, activity blades, lovac blades, suction box covers, herringbone covers, uhle box covers, deckle boards and assemblies and lube strips. In additionwe have the capability of CNC machining of intricate and special parts.
We also have the capability to specify, engineer and supply wet end drainage equipment, felt cleaning equipment and other equipment for the paper machine. Metal fabrication is performed at one of several local qualified shops to our specifications and designs.
